My mother recently lost her last living sister. The casket flowers were purchased from your business, the flowers were delivered the day before the funeral and they are roses. We are hopeful that they will look okay for the funeral. The main issue is that today, my mom stopped by to purchase silk flowers for a relatives grave so it would look good for the burial. The employee working told her that they did not have time to find pink roses in the back as they were too busy with Valentine’s Day. Obviously the effort would have been very minimal to find silk flowers in the back room. You have lost several customers over the last of empathy and just basic poor customer service provided today. We were able to get those flowers from a competitor today in Elgin.

Had a need for a quick bouquet of flowers. Stopped here and was not disappointed! There were a few options that I considered but found the one I chose to be beautiful, and priced fairly. Would definitely come again!
